Chr. IV´s Brewery

Christian IV’s Brewery is one of Copenhagen’s oldest buildings. The huge house is uniquely positioned in the middle of the historic environment around Frederiksholms Channel and immediately at the Port of Copenhagen.
In these years the 8,000 square meters large brewery undergoes a fire protection  (with support from TrygFonden) before the house can be opened to the public. The Palaces and Properties Agency is considering among other things, to organize exhibitions of stone and plaster figures from government palaces, like the Agency is considering leasing parts of the brewery out for different purposes with public access.
