Warehouse D & E

External thermal rehabilitation and restauration

The warehouses that are built in the 1920s as plastered houses with characteristic situ-cast concrete structures and facades before renovation was very worn, and one of the houses stood without attic, as it had been exposed to fire. At the same time the buildings had become “rusty” over time.
By creating a template of the facades, which were reproduced in stone wool, we could pull the details out into the new facade, and reconstructing cornices and ledges. Finally, were plastered on top of facade insulation, so the details today stands out fine and clearly.
