There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the flats at Ålekistevej and 18 flats of seven different types on the other floors, which vary in size from 50 square metres to 85 square metres. There is a lift so that walking-impaired residents or guests can reach all flats.
One of the goals for the technical renewal was a higher degree of flexibility, both with regard to layout and external design. It must be possible to adapt the block to changing surroundings, so that it would fit into an existing row of houses, for example.
