Company Park

The concept which was developed together with the client involved building an office block with room for several different companies, but with a series of common facilities where employees could meet across company borders. The idea is that each tenancy can be laid out precisely in accordance with the needs of the individual tenant – and be changed again should a new tenant take over the premises. Only the common facilities such as the canteen, the meeting room, the fitness centre, and the roof terrace, as well as three through-going cores containing toilets, staircases, and utility rooms will remain unaltered.
