Nykredit

Nykredit  invited five architectural firms to participate  in a competition where they had to give their take on a modern and flexible  design of Nykredit’s building at Otto Mønsteds Plads.
The building, which is part of Nykredit’s headquarters, is an older landmark building from 1908. The outer frames are beautiful, but the interior calls for a thorough renovation. The competition was to ensure Nykredit a skilled and inspiring decision basis for a renovation and eventual rebuilding.
